I love this picture. Each and every kid is so cute. Kudos to Tiff and Val for taking them to get these pictures taken! I'm sure that it wasn't easy, but it sure was worth the effort!

A Birthday Gift

I am constantly asking for change for a dollar for the parking meters downtown so I don't get parking tickets. I'm sure that my co-workers are sick and tired of this. So, my friend Christina came in to work on my birthday and gave me this pretty birthday card and a roll of quarters. Seriously hilarious!

All about Alana

What a beautiful girl you are! So sweet, and thoughtful, and so much fun. Alana is smart, compassionate, and thoughtful. While she is really beautiful on the outside, it is everything that she is and who she is that truly makes her beautiful.

So I like to think of myself as an amatuer photographer, even though I'm not very good. I love taking pictures. I hope to take a photography class some day soon.

Babysitting Boulants

Once of my favorite things to do is to hang out with these kids. They are so much fun, and so darn cute! I'm greatful that I have the opportunity to spend time with them, and that they're family is so wonderful!

Courtney and Caity

I love these pics of Court and Cait. They are so cute. They are both so photogenic, and just great people. They hung out with me at the tire store, and were so patient while we waited. Earlier that day, Court actually scored 6 goals! How awesome is she!!!!

The Count Down Begins

OK, so the countdown is official. Monday, April 14th is D-Day, or in my case B-Day. It may as well be D-Day. I've got to be honest, I'm a little freaked out about this birthday. I really did think that my life would be a little different than it is. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my life, and I am very happy, but it's just different. I feel a little like a deer caught in headlights. (Hence the picture) How did 35 happen to me? It just kinda sneaks up on you, and then BAM, smacks you across the face. My friend Mike so kindly reminded me a few weeks ago, that I'm half way to 70. Isn't that sweet. I don't feel 35. I certainly don't act 35. It's funny, I don't remember turning into an adult with adult responsibilities, but some how it happened. Where's that 16 year old girl that I use to be? The one that use to dream of growing up and marrying Jon from New Kids on The Block, or John Stamos AKA Uncle Jesse? (Although, John Stamos is back on the market, so keep your fingers crossed for me) If I have learned anything about life, it's that it is never in your control We think it is, but it's not. All we can ever do is what is asked of us by Heavenly Father, and make good choices.

So, this is my friend Carrie, and her niece Bryn. There are a lot of things that I love about Carrie. She's funny, sweet, and a great friend. She loves to play games, and is always up for it. She has 4 beautiful daughters, who crack me up! The only downside is that she's so far away. Sometimes Utah feels like it's all the way across the country instead of 10 hours away!




This is one of Carrie's daughters, Olivia. Livy is so darn cute, and has this little voice. She is such a sweetheart.

Kyle and Jared

Jared and Kyle are so great together. Kyle really enjoys Jared, and I would say the feeling is mutual. I am so glad that they like each other, and want to hang out!

Princess Jerry

OK, so Val had this picture posted on her blog, and I had to add it to mine! I can't help it, it's freakin hilarious! Princess Jerry at his finest!

So, I found this picture of Kyle on my cell phone, and I thought that it was so dang funny! I love this kid. He has the best laugh, and really is one of the funniest people I know. I am so blessed. Not only do I know him, but he's a member of my family! He's smart, funny, sweet (he still likes to snuggle, even though he's almost 13) He makes me feel so good. There will be a time in the not so distant future when he's more into his friends and sports then into hanging out with Aunt Jenny, and to be honest, it really makes me sad, but I hope that I'll always have a special place in his heart. He certainly has one in mine!

Ok, so I'm bias, but this is the cutest kid ever! I love how happy he is in these pictures. I have to admit, my brother has super cute kids. Who would have ever thought? I can't believe that he's almost a year old. Where did the time go?

She's a Maniac on the Soccer Field

Haley is a soccer maniac. Give her a ball, and watch out. Her Dad finally came to see her play. She showed off a bit for him, and fell about 4 times that day. She was so excited to finally show her Daddy how good she really is!

I love this picture of Kyle. He's awesome. I am so grateful for my nephews and my niece! What a huge blessing they have been in my life!

Sunday Afternoons

I love Sunday afternoons. Everything is crazy, but it's so much fun to spend time with everyone.

I know that I've talked about this Smilebox thing before, but I really do enjoy doing this! It's kind of fun to just have to drag and drop pictures, although I do prefer the traditional way to scrapbook, this is way faster, and it's all done for you!

Me and my Mom

My mom gave me a copy of this picture. I love it. It's so fun to see how old school pictures were. I think it really was one of the first photos of me and my mom!

My scrapbook

I've recently started to scrapbook again, and I am pretty darn proud of this page! What I love about scrapbooking is that it gives me a creative outlet, and it lets me take pictures that I love, and memories that I want to hold on to and share them with others. And it's a lot of fun too!

Here comes the sun, and I say it's all right...

I took these pictures last night while I was driving. I know that it isn't the safest thing to do, but I couldn't resist it. I can't believe how beautiful the sunset was. It makes me grateful to live here, and grateful that I have eyes to see all of the beautiful things that our Heavenly Father has blessed us with!

Aubrey's 3rd Birthday

Aubrey's third birthday was so much fun. The party was at my clubhouse, and the kids had a cookie walk, and went fishing in the "cement" pond! A good time was had by all!

Mike's Binding

Mike Boulant is awesome. He does such an amazing job at binding rugs. He actually made this rug. As you can tell, he's extremely talented! If you are looking to buy a rug, let me know and I'll give you his phone number. He can take whatever kind of carpet, and make an amazing rug for you!

My CTR 6 and 7 class

I've been wanting to put these pictures up forever. These kids are hilarious! My new Primary class is great, but I still miss "my kids". What's so fun about the new class is that every Sunday is an adventure. If you'll notice the first picture, they look all sweet and innocent, that's where they draw you in, and then bam, they're crazy, and I love it.

The Tire Swing

Val and Jerry have a tire swing in their "backyard". We went out there on Saturday with all of their kids, and Mike and Tiff and their kids. It was so much fun. The adults got in on it too! I love this picture because it really shows how much fun Aubrey was having.

The Bead Girls

I took these girls to String Bead so we could make earrings and bracelets. Each has their own personality, and likes. It was a lot of fun to spend the afternoon with them, and be creative.

I love this kid. I took these pictures when Haley and I went with Val and her kids to McDonalds. It was still pretty wet from the rain so we had to find a place to occupy them. Dallin is so photogenic, and really is a big sweetheart.

A Beloved Prophet of God

I know that everyone is putting stuff like this up on their blogs, but I really wanted to take a moment to reflect on President Hinckley's life. What a blessing he was to all of the world. While he will truly be missed, I can't help but think of the rejoicing that was done when he returned home. I read the statement that the Quorum of the Twelve released following President Hinckley's death. I can only echo their sentiments: “We will miss his wit and his wisdom, his leadership and his love. However, we cannot but rejoice in his reunion with his beloved Marjorie, with his parents and other family members who have gone before, and with the prophets of God, both ancient and modern, among whose eternal ranks he now stands. As the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles we echo the voice of the Master, ‘Well done, thou good and faithful servant. … Enter into the joy of thy Lord.’ ” I know that I was blessed because of President Hinckley's unwavering testimony, and service, as was the world. He will be missed, but there is also so much joy as he returns home.
