Come Unto Christ

I was looking on the lds.org website, and I came across this. I'm sure that everyone has seen this, but I love Henry B Eyring. When I hear him speak, I know without a doubt that he is an apostle of Jesus Christ. The link is below, and I encourage all of you to read it. It opens with the following sentence. "The words “come unto Christ” are an invitation. It is the most important invitation you could ever offer to another person. It is the most important invitation anyone could accept. From the beginning of the Restoration of the gospel in this dispensation, it has been the charge given by Jesus Christ to His representatives. I love these pictures. Haley got glasses recently and she looks so cute! The picture below was taken at my office. Kyle and Haley kinda got stranded and got the wonderful opportunity to hang out with yours truly at my office. They were perfect angels too!

Kyle's 13th Birthday Party

I can't believe that you are 13! Kyle had his birthday party at the bowling alley this year, and he had such a great time. He was able to invite 10 of his friends, and they bowled, and then had cake and pizza. He opened presents, and the last one was a present from his friend Dominic. Guitar Hero III. I thought that he was going to freak out. He and Dominic have been friends since they were little. I'm glad that he's had such great friends in his life!

Haley's 10th Birthday

I took Haley and Kyle to Hometown
Buffet to celebrate Haley's 10th birthday. What was so funny is that as they brought her cupcake out, and started to sing, she looked up and saw some people and she said, " I love this, I want to see who it is." As they passed the people next to us and came up to her, her face got super red and she said "Aunt Jenny!" It was fun to embarrass her, but I always want her to know how special she is and how important she is to me! I LOVE HER SO MUCH, and am so GRATEFUL for her!

I love these pictures. I took them at Jared's birthday party. What I love about these 2 is if there is dirt anywhere to be found, they will not only find it, but take a bath in it!

What a sweetheart he is! Zachary points at everything right now. I'm so glad that his mom is so willing to send pictures to me of this cute little guy! I can't believe that he's going to be 1 this month. Where did the time go?

I am so excited that Kristi Yamaguchi and Mark Ballas won Dancing With The Stars, or as we prefer to call it DWTS! It's about time that a girl won. It's been 5 seasons since the last girl won. Kristi was amazing to watch, and so much fun too!

I know, he may look startled, but nobody would argue about how cute this little guy is!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYLE!!!!!!

I can't believe that you are 13! What an amazing person you are. You are thoughtful, sweet, and smart. You care about your family, and are sensitive to their needs, and you are an amazing friend. It's hard to think about how 13 years ago you were born into our family. You have been such a joy and blessing. I am grateful for you and the closeness that we share. I hope that you will always know that you are loved, and how grateful that your family is that you were born into our family. I hope that as you grow and learn, you will always remember who you are. That you will continue to make good choices like you always have. So many wonderful things are in store for you. Remember that in all the triumphs and disappointments in your life, you will always have a family that will love and support you. Especially your favorite Aunt! I love you.

A new background

Well, I'm trying. I don't know how successful I am, but it's a lot of fun to try new things and see if it works. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I don't get to play around with it as much as I'd like to, but we'll see how it goes.

You may be wondering why I'm posting this picture. I saw it an instantly started to laugh! For years when Haley would smile, she would have this very odd smile. We love it!

OK, so I might be a little bias, but this is the cutest baby in the world. I can't believe that he is going to be 1 on the 31st! Happy early birthday Zachary. I love you so much!

Travis

So, I spoke with my mom last night, and she said that my nephew Travis wants to come and stay the night with me, but he doesn't want to come alone because the last time he was at my house he was having a Popsicle in my kitchen, and I told him not to leave until he was finished with it. He sat right there and ate it, but he was too scared I guess to get up, so he peed on my floor. Needless to say, I was a little unhappy. This happened months ago, but I guess he still thinks that I am mad at him. I am so sad that he thinks that I am mad at him. He's the sweetest thing. I really do need to be more aware of him, and his feelings, and think before I react. So, I guess we're going to have to have a sleep over!

Shall Wii Play A Game?

This was seriously so much fun!!!!! We played a Wii for the first time on Friday! As you can see a good time was had by all!

Farmer's Market 2

We went to the Farmer's Market on Thursday night because Courtney was performing with her class. They did several dances, and it was so much fun! Courtney did an excellent job. Before she performed the other kids had a blast running through the fountain! It was fun, but we had wet kids and chattering teeth later on in the evening. I'm sure they'd do it again if they had the choice!

A Birthday Gift

I am constantly asking for change for a dollar for the parking meters downtown so I don't get parking tickets. I'm sure that my co-workers are sick and tired of this. So, my friend Christina came in to work on my birthday and gave me this pretty birthday card and a roll of quarters. Seriously hilarious!

All about Alana

What a beautiful girl you are! So sweet, and thoughtful, and so much fun. Alana is smart, compassionate, and thoughtful. While she is really beautiful on the outside, it is everything that she is and who she is that truly makes her beautiful.

So I like to think of myself as an amatuer photographer, even though I'm not very good. I love taking pictures. I hope to take a photography class some day soon.

Babysitting Boulants

Once of my favorite things to do is to hang out with these kids. They are so much fun, and so darn cute! I'm greatful that I have the opportunity to spend time with them, and that they're family is so wonderful!

Courtney and Caity

I love these pics of Court and Cait. They are so cute. They are both so photogenic, and just great people. They hung out with me at the tire store, and were so patient while we waited. Earlier that day, Court actually scored 6 goals! How awesome is she!!!!

The Count Down Begins

OK, so the countdown is official. Monday, April 14th is D-Day, or in my case B-Day. It may as well be D-Day. I've got to be honest, I'm a little freaked out about this birthday. I really did think that my life would be a little different than it is. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my life, and I am very happy, but it's just different. I feel a little like a deer caught in headlights. (Hence the picture) How did 35 happen to me? It just kinda sneaks up on you, and then BAM, smacks you across the face. My friend Mike so kindly reminded me a few weeks ago, that I'm half way to 70. Isn't that sweet. I don't feel 35. I certainly don't act 35. It's funny, I don't remember turning into an adult with adult responsibilities, but some how it happened. Where's that 16 year old girl that I use to be? The one that use to dream of growing up and marrying Jon from New Kids on The Block, or John Stamos AKA Uncle Jesse? (Although, John Stamos is back on the market, so keep your fingers crossed for me) If I have learned anything about life, it's that it is never in your control We think it is, but it's not. All we can ever do is what is asked of us by Heavenly Father, and make good choices.

So, this is my friend Carrie, and her niece Bryn. There are a lot of things that I love about Carrie. She's funny, sweet, and a great friend. She loves to play games, and is always up for it. She has 4 beautiful daughters, who crack me up! The only downside is that she's so far away. Sometimes Utah feels like it's all the way across the country instead of 10 hours away!




This is one of Carrie's daughters, Olivia. Livy is so darn cute, and has this little voice. She is such a sweetheart.

Kyle and Jared

Jared and Kyle are so great together. Kyle really enjoys Jared, and I would say the feeling is mutual. I am so glad that they like each other, and want to hang out!
