The Jones, Lyman, and Boulant Families had a birthday party for all of the June/July birthdays. Bryn, Val,Caleb,Madie,and Courtney each celebrated a birthday. We had a BBQ at Wildwood Park, and the kids all opened presents. It was a lot of fun, and the kids had a blast!

Where a kid can be a kid

We went to Chuck E. Cheese one of the days that everyone was here. It was so much fun just to hang out, and watch the kids play.

Ali and Dan's Sealing

What a beautiful day this was. Ali looked amazing, and I loved the way that Dan looked at Ali. It was so sweet, and filled with so much love.

Funny Faces

Dallin saw Jared making funny faces and had to imitate him.

Jared had made some really funny faces earlier in the day, so we had a little fun with it.

Going back to Cali!

10 hours is a long time in a car, and they did so well! It helps to be able to watch a movie.

Aubrey was exhausted. We left Las Vegas at 6am and made great time getting back to Chico around 4pm. Every one did really well, and it was fun to be in the car with Tiff! It had been a really long time since we had been on a road trip together!

I tried for about 15 minutes to get a picture with all three of us in it. This was the most successful attempt. Below you will notice that the others did go quite as well.

A Pirate's Life For Me!

We went to Treasure Island to watch the pirate show. Caleb was a little scared and didn't want to see the show. One of the pirates talked to him as the show was starting, and he decided that he loved it.

Caleb and Aubrey waiting for the show to start. After the show was over, Aubrey said her favorite part was when the girl pirates were talking to her. Too bad that the girl pirates were super far away from us, and they could never have talked to her, but because Caleb had a pirate story, Aubrey had to too!

Hoover Dam and Lake Mead

We took a drive to Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam the first full day that I was in Vegas. I could not believe how amazing the lake was. So pretty, with such blue water.

I was surprised by the enormity of the Hoover Dam. It was amazing to see. We just drove over it and back, but I couldn't believe that it was so big, and what I loved most about it is that I was in Nevada, and then I was in Arizona. Never had been to Arizona before. Another state down!
